Who we are
This website is operated by James River Business Systems LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Amherst County, Virginia. Questions about this notice can be sent to nico@jamesriversystems.com or (305) 333-9012.
Information you send us
When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, business or organization, work email, optional phone number, the kind of help you need, timing, your description of the situation, and your preferred reply method. We use it only to review and respond to your request and, if you become a client, to carry out the agreed work.
Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card numbers, or sensitive customer records through the form or by ordinary email. If sensitive information is needed for approved work, we will agree on a safer way to share it first.
How the form is delivered
Form submissions are processed on Cloudflare's network and delivered by email to our business mailbox, which is hosted by Microsoft 365. Resend, our transactional email delivery provider, processes the submission briefly in order to deliver that notification. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
Bot protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details about how Turnstile works.
Website analytics
If analytics are enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is designed to report page-level traffic without cookies, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting. We do not use advertising pixels or session-replay tools.
Technical logs and security
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, request time, and browser type to keep the site secure and operating. We apply rate limits and size limits to the contact form. We do not log the full text of your message in server logs.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept in our business mailbox for as long as needed to respond and to keep an accurate record of business communications. You may ask us to delete an inquiry that did not lead to work by emailing nico@jamesriversystems.com.

Children
This site is intended for businesses and organizations and is not directed to children under 13.
